REFUND POLICY

Overview

At Suufy, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We offer a 30-day refund policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

After 30 days from delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the WingSnapℱ Precision Eyeliner Stamp must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is unopened

  • Item is returned in its original packaging

  • Packaging is in perfect condition

  • No signs of use, makeup residue, damage, or alteration

⚠ Important – Beauty Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products are non-refundable, unless a defect is reported upon delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • incomplete

  • or incorrect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the product

  • a photo of the packaging

We will offer a fast and appropriate solution (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).


Section 1 – Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding:

  • confirmation of receipt

  • approval or rejection of your refund

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

⏳ Bank Processing Time
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear.


Section 2 – Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank

  3. Verify that no internal processing delays apply

Section 3 – Sale Items

Regular-priced items

All Suufy products purchased at full price are eligible for refunds under the conditions above.

Sale or promotional items

Items purchased during promotions (sales, bundles, Black Friday, special offers):

  • ✔ may be refundable unless stated otherwise

  • 🎁 any free gift must be returned unused and unopened

Specific conditions are detailed during each promotional campaign.


Section 4 – Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Order preparation error

Beauty products cannot be exchanged for personal preference reasons.

Section 5 – Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Required

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support at:

We will provide:

  • the return address

  • detailed return instructions

⚠ Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Step 2 – Package Preparation

  • Item must be unopened

  • Original packaging intact

  • Order number included in the package

Step 3 – Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Suufy is not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.

Step 4 – Processing Time

  • Return transit: 3–10 business days

  • Inspection: 48–72 business hours

  • Refund issued: 5–7 business days after approval (+ bank processing time)
